Injury Recovery

Been out of action or suffering from a nagging sports injury? Talk to your doctor or physiotherapist about the exercise regime that will promote your recovery, and we will incorporate it into your plan. Progressive work and steady improvement will soon get you back to your peak.

Group Training

Want to work out with your family or friends so you can keep fit together? We work with groups of up to four people to ensure that each person can work to their own personal goals with our help.
